Supply Chain and Pharmacy
- The QHR Health Supply Chain PLUS COVID-19 Warehouse program fulfilled 97.04% of the items requested this week. We shipped 3,312 items to 34 hospitals.

Clinical Care

Finance/Reimbursement/FEMA
- Health and Human Services (HHS) reverses Provider Relief Funds (PRF) repayment guidance:
- Providers that have received Provider Relief Funds are required to return PRFs in excess of:
- COVID-19 related expenditures
- Revenue losses attributed to the COVID-19 pandemic
- HHS distributed an October update of the Post-Payment Notice of Reporting Requirements document
- September 20th guidance changed the definition of Lost Revenue to Patient Services Net Income, change is from CY 2019
- October 22nd guidance:
- Reverts definition of Lost Revenues to change in Net Revenues from CY 2019
- More in line with CARES Act language of Lost Revenue
- Also removed a limitation on Net Income changes that could be applied against Provider Relief Funds received
- New guidance is available for reporting requirements
- Providers that have received Provider Relief Funds are required to return PRFs in excess of:
- Phase III General Funding Distribution web page is now open
- Hospitals should be compiling and reporting requested information to meet the deadline of Nov 6th
- Data to report is detailed and will require significant time to compile
- Instructions found on the HHS web site
